Women's Ministry

Women’s Ministry consists of Women’s Missionary Union and Women’s Enrichment Ministry.

Women’s Missionary Union

Tasks: Pray for and give to missions.  Do missions.  Learn about missions. Develop spiritually toward a missions lifestyle.  Participate in the work of the church and the denomination.

The Women on Mission meetings held each first Thursday of the month at 11:30 a.m. in Fellowship Hall.  Mission Action Workdays, Sewing Room workdays, Group Meetings, Bus Station Ministry are held once a month.

Women’s Enrichment Ministry

Purpose Statement: We will go only where God leads and purpose that every activity will provide opportunity for women to come face to face with God and serve to take each woman into a deeper relationship with Christ and will be a quality investment of time as stewards before God.

2009 Activities

Women of Faith Conference - October 30-31 - Oklahoma City.  If interested, sign up in the office and make payments to be ready for the conference in October!  We are signed up for upgraded seats this year.  For more information, go to wwwwomenoffaith.com. 

Tickets are still available at this time.  You must pay for them in the office at 2nd & Washington.  No tickets will be reserved without payment.  Anyone is invited to go to this conference.  Non-members are welcome!  Debbie Watkins is the Coordinator of this activity.
